What's that have to do with anything? Microsoft puts them on the PC purposely because they own the PC gaming market as well. It's almost like having 2 gaming markets. Much like Handheld and console with Sony/Nintendo.
If I had to choose a game that's only for to one console, but also available for PC, I'd choose the PC version since the graphics and textures would absolutely rape the console version, whether it be for the PS3 or 360. That is, if your computer is good enough.
I already know Microsoft owns the gaming market for PC as well, but PC games are usually superior to its console counterpart. Besides, I don't have to pay a monthly fee to play online on Steam.

Yes yes, but a lot of Games for Windows have yearly fees much like the 360. I have both PC and 360 but I choose to play my games on the 360 since I enjoy it more and more people from my school play games on the 360 than pc.
It's all a matter of preference, I do think they should keep more games exclusive to the 360 though.
